At Shopish, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Products showing signs of damage caused by misuse or physical damage are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective).
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for a replacement or refund.
